Central kitchen/butchery in the northern region of Italy, Europe, is expanding their offering of South African/US style prepared & cured meats, biltong, grills, sausages to the restaurant & retail trade.

First Class Master Blockman/Butcher with versatile experience in various cuts of steaks and processed meats required. Should be prepared to be very hands on (roll up sleeves).

Will be responsible for producing specialty meats for the “braai” and deli counter.

€2000 p/m salary + incentives
